A coaching program requires an initial meeting to evaluate how you currently use the product and how you could be using the additional modules/tools available to maximise the software’s potential. This can be different from employee to employee depending on what training they have had so CSI Europe will draw up a training plan for all those involved to help them grow and become more efficient.
If there are specific modules that you would like to cover, CSI Europe can include these in the planning stage.
