COVID-19 Update & Response – CSI Ltd
In light of the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to reassure you that we are still very much open for business. We realise that in this time of crisis it is critical that we ensure your operations can continue and we can respond to any demands you may be facing.
Our response plan has been put in place to ensure we are able to continue to operate at a
high standard whilst protecting our employees and customers.
• Ensuring we have the resources to work from home, and we have already implemented work from home policy
with immediate effect until further notice.
• Restricting customer visits. Unfortunately, we will not be able to visit any customers on site but we are
prepared to carry out work remotely where possible
• Immediate self-isolation for anybody feeling unwell or showing symptoms
We are certain that, with the office closure, you will experience no disruption to our services. We will uphold and maintain our company goals and values of providing an outstanding service to clients.
