DMC-4160 An audit on purging files from items, to show who, why and when files were purged.

DDMC-5101 Admin option to prevent any users other than Admin group members from logging into DDM during upgrade and maintenance times.

DMC-5082 Within DDM License Manager, the h/w address of the licenses listed again each license on the License Summary page.
