DDMC-3833: An audit against both the User and the Drawing, when a PDF preview of a drawing is viewed via the DDM Web Client.

DDMC-4930: The ability to add additional file attachments to existing items in DDM (e.g. to attach a step file to an existing part / non-drawn part).

DDMC-4602: Audit for PDF Previews via DDM Web.
